Refund and Return Policy

At Bailee & Blake Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand the process.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges for most products, with a few exceptions. Please note that because we operate a dropshipping business model, your return may need to be processed through the supplier directly.

Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are only accepted within 7 days from the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Personalized or custom products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

How to Request a Return: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at owner@baileeblakeboutique.com with your order number, the product(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address and instructions.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
2. Refunds

Refund Process: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14-21 business days.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as for products with obvious signs of use, items missing original packaging or parts, or products that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Non-Refundable Items: The following items are non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Personalized or custom products
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at owner@baileeblakeboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Owner@baileeblakeboutique.com. Once an order is processed and shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If the item is already in transit, you may still return it once it arrives, following the return process outlined above.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Due to the nature of dropshipping, certain products may be subject to specific return policies based on the manufacturer or supplier. If a product is excluded from returns or has special conditions for returns, we will notify you on the product page prior to purchase.
